Jabil Circuit's stock soared 13.78% during intraday trading on Wednesday, following the release of its fiscal third-quarter results and an upward revision to its full-year outlook.
The manufacturing solutions provider reported adjusted earnings per share of $3.16 for the quarter, beating analyst expectations of $3.10, while revenue climbed to $8.75 billion, also surpassing estimates. The company raised its fiscal 2026 guidance, now expecting adjusted EPS of $12.70 and revenue of approximately $35 billion, up from previous forecasts.
CEO Mike Dastoor stated that "AI infrastructure demand remains extremely strong," leading to a meaningfully higher full-year AI-related revenue outlook. The company also noted better-than-expected performance in its automotive and connected living segments, which had previously been under pressure.
