Edvance International Holdings Limited (Edvance Intl) notified non-registered shareholders on 22 July 2026 that its 2025/2026 Annual Report and 2025/2026 Environmental, Social and Governance Report are now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.edvanceintl.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The Annual Report is offered in both digital and hard-copy formats, while the ESG Report is provided exclusively online. Shareholders who previously requested printed communications will receive hard copies of the newly released documents with this notice.

Non-registered shareholders may obtain free printed copies at any time by submitting a written request to the Hong Kong Share Registrar, Union Registrars Limited, Suites 3301-04, 33/F., Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1410-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk.

Shareholders who prefer email alerts for future corporate communications should supply a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid email address is on file, electronic notification of new publications will not be dispatched.
