On 2 February 2026, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec, Stock Code: 00386) issued a reminder regarding the adoption of electronic dissemination for its corporate communications. This measure follows the amended Listing Rule 2.07A, effective since 31 December 2023 under the paperless listing regime, and references an earlier notice dated 31 January 2024 on the same subject.

According to the reminder, Sinopec will make both English and Chinese versions of its directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, circulars, proxy forms, and other relevant corporate documents available on its official website (www.sinopec.com) and the HKExnews website (www.hkexnews.hk), in place of printed copies. Printed versions will only be dispatched upon shareholders’ explicit requests in writing. Non-registered holders who wish to receive “Actionable Corporate Communications” should provide their email addresses to their respective bank or brokerage intermediaries. If no functional email address is provided, Sinopec will continue sending actionable communications in printed form.
