Hong Kong, 23 April 2026 ― Angelalign Technology Inc. (ANGELALIGN) released an updated list of directors and detailed committee assignments approved by its Board of Directors.

The Board now comprises four Executive Directors and three Independent Non-executive Directors (INEDs). Executive Directors include Chairman Feng Dai, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer Hu Jiezhang, President of Global Business (ex-Chinese Mainland) Huang Kun, and Chief Financial Officer Dong Li. INEDs are Han Xiaojing, Shi Zi and Zhou Hao.

Committee structure and leadership are as follows: • Audit Committee: Chaired by INED Zhou Hao with members Han Xiaojing and Shi Zi. • Remuneration Committee: Chaired by INED Han Xiaojing with members Shi Zi and Zhou Hao. • Nomination Committee: Chaired by Chairman Feng Dai with members Hu Jiezhang, Huang Kun, Dong Li, Han Xiaojing and Shi Zi.
