Sino ICT names Cheung Yik Man as Independent Non-Executive Director, sets HKD0.14 million annual pay

Sino ICT Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Cheung Yik Man as an independent non-executive director, effective 28 April 2026. His three-year service contract can be terminated by either party with not less than three months’ written notice and is subject to the company’s rotation and re-election rules under Hong Kong Listing Regulations.

Under the contract, Mr. Cheung will receive an annual remuneration of HKD0.14 million, subject to periodic review by the remuneration committee based on his performance and the Group’s operating results.

Mr. Cheung, aged 54, is currently President of Zhong Ying Group, Dean of the Hong Kong Financial Services Institute and Chairman of Dragon Master Global Catering Group Limited. He holds a degree from Hosei University, Japan, and an MBA from the University of Southern California, United States. Beyond his professional roles, Mr. Cheung is active in social and charitable initiatives, serving as Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong China Education Fund and Co-Chairman of the Shanghai Guochuang Science and Technology Industry Innovation Development Center.

The company confirmed that Mr. Cheung has no prior roles within Sino ICT, no directorships in other listed companies during the past three years, no relationships with existing directors, management or substantial shareholders, and no interests in the company’s shares under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

Following the appointment, Sino ICT’s board comprises eight directors: executive directors Mr. Yuan I-Pei and Mr. Xia Yuan; non-executive directors Mr. Meng Deqing and Ms. Bai Yu; and independent non-executive directors Mr. Cui Yuzhi, Mr. Bao Yi, Mr. Ping Fan and Mr. Cheung Yik Man.
