Upon customs clearance, the equipment will be sold domestically, marking the country's first successful case of temporarily imported goods for repair being subsequently sold in the Chinese market. This achievement represents another significant breakthrough for the Hainan Free Trade Port in advancing high-level opening-up and aligning with international high-standard economic and trade rules.

The expansion into this new category of goods for repair and domestic sale further diversifies the business scope of Haikou Comprehensive Bonded Zone and injects new momentum into the region's high-quality development. Technicians from Fengyu Xinlian were seen conducting maintenance on laser cutting machines as part of the process.

To address the specific needs of Fengyu Xinlian and support the development of the semiconductor industry within the zone, Haikou Comprehensive Bonded Zone collaborated with relevant authorities including Macun Port Customs to establish a dedicated task force providing coordinated support.
