According to the consent solicitation statement, the company reserves the right to extend the deadline, terminate the solicitation, or modify its terms.

To allow noteholders sufficient time to deliver their consents, the company has extended the original deadline of 4:00 p.m. (London time) on December 17, 2025, to 4:00 p.m. (London time) on December 28, 2025. The new deadline replaces the original one stated in the solicitation and takes immediate effect.

Eligible holders who validly deliver their consents by the extended deadline will receive consent fees as outlined in the solicitation. Holders who have already submitted valid consents by the original deadline need not take further action, as their instructions remain binding and irrevocable.

Except for the deadline extension, all other terms and conditions of the consent solicitation remain unchanged.
