China Everbright Water Limited (U9E) announced on Aug, 11 2026 the current composition of its Board of Directors.

The Board now comprises one Executive Director, Mr. Xiong Jianping, and four Independent Non-Executive Directors: Ms. Hao Gang, Mr. Ng Joo Hee Peter, Mr. Soh Kok Leong and Ms. Chan Pui Shan Sandy.

The company maintains four Board committees. Mr. Xiong Jianping chairs the Sustainability Committee. Ms. Hao Gang leads the Audit Committee and is a member of the Nominating and Sustainability Committees. Mr. Ng Joo Hee Peter heads the Remuneration Committee and sits on the Nominating and Sustainability Committees. Mr. Soh Kok Leong chairs the Nominating Committee and serves on both the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Ms. Chan Pui Shan Sandy is a member of all four committees.
