Sling Group: EGM on 28 September 2026 to Vote on Auditor Replacement

Sling Group Holdings Limited will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, 28 September 2026, at Unit 1, 21/F, Yen Sheng Centre, 64 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Shareholders will deliberate two ordinary resolutions:

1. Removal of current auditor Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited with immediate effect upon conclusion of the EGM. 2. Conditional on the first resolution’s approval, appointment of Crowe (HK) CPA Limited as new auditor until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting, with the Board authorised to fix its remuneration.

Shareholders recorded on the register may appoint proxies; completed proxy forms must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited by 3:00 p.m. on 26 September 2026 (Hong Kong time). Voting at the EGM will be conducted by poll.
