Geo Energy Resources Limited (RE4) said it transferred 172,000 treasury shares on Mar, 11 2026 to satisfy the exercise of options granted under its share option scheme.

Prior to the transaction, the company held 1,267,467 treasury shares, representing 0.074% of its outstanding share capital. After the transfer, it holds 1,095,467 treasury shares, or 0.064% of the enlarged share base of 1,708,380,126 shares.

The value of the shares transferred was about 0.046 million Singapore dollars.

The announcement was authorised by Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Charles Antonny Melati.
