Quantgroup Holding Limited announced that Mr. Zhang Yi resigned as a non-executive director, effective 20 July 2026. According to the Board, the departure is driven by Mr. Zhang’s personal career development plans and a decision to focus on other professional obligations.

The company confirmed that Mr. Zhang holds no disagreements with the Board, and no matters require shareholders’ or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s further attention.

Quantgroup’s Board now comprises five executive directors—Dr. Zhou Hao (Chairman), Mr. Li Yan, Mr. Song Yang, Mr. Zhang Yanshen and Mr. Tan Feng—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Sun Junchen, Mr. Cao Jie and Ms. Guo Yongfang.

The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Zhang’s contributions during his tenure.
