Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on November 11, a shareholder of JANCO HOLDINGS (08035) transferred shares from Gold Yield Financial Group to Guotai Junan (HK), with a transfer value of HK$3.94 million, accounting for 10.43% of the holdings.

JANCO HOLDINGS also released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of HK$102 million, a year-on-year decrease of 19.15%. The loss attributable to shareholders widened by 28.02% to HK$10.24 million, with a basic loss per share of HK1.71 cents.
