Shanghai MicroPort MedBot (Group) Co., Ltd. (MedBot) reported the completion of a share-class conversion on 23 April 2026, swapping 5.99 million domestic shares for an equal number of H shares.

The move raised MedBot’s H-share count from 1,024.73 million to 1,030.72 million, a 0.58% increase, while the domestic share pool contracted from 6.60 million to 0.61 million.

Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1,031.33 million shares, as the transaction was a re-designation rather than a fresh issue or cancellation.

According to the filing, the conversion was executed in line with earlier announcements dated 4 February, 13 February and 23 April 2026 and was fully authorised by the board under Hong Kong listing regulations.
