Accel Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1283) completed its acquisition of 20% of the issued shares of a target company on November 7, 2025. This transaction was settled partially through the issuance of 15,000,000 new shares at HK$1.4 per share, expanding the total issued share capital from 810,827,000 shares to 825,827,000 shares.

Following the completion of the deal, the vendor’s shareholding increased from 2,000,000 shares (0.25% of the total) to 17,000,000 shares (2.06%). Lightspeed Limited, the principal shareholder, holds 597,000,000 shares, representing 72.29% of the enlarged share capital. Other public shareholders collectively hold 211,827,000 shares, or 25.65% of the total.
