COLOUR LIFE (01778) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The group recorded service revenue of HK$1.039 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 6.67%. Profit attributable to owners of the company stood at HK$23.892 million, down 2% compared to the same period last year. Earnings per share were 1.42 cents.

The group focuses on organic expansion of new appointments through reputation and brand building. Leveraging its excellent property management experience and expansion capabilities, as of June 30, 2025, the group's total contracted gross floor area reached 281 million square meters, corresponding to 1,651 communities. Among these, the group's revenue-generating contracted gross floor area totaled 146 million square meters as of June 30, 2025.
