On August 10, the company announced via its official WeChat account a comprehensive collaboration agreement with Revolution Medicines, Inc. (RVMD.US). Under the terms of the deal, the two firms will conduct clinical studies to evaluate combination therapies involving selected oncology candidates from BEONE MEDICINES and one or more of Revolution Medicines' four clinical-stage RAS(ON) inhibitors. Additionally, a regional licensing agreement grants BEONE MEDICINES exclusive rights to develop and commercialize these RAS(ON) inhibitor candidates in select Asian markets.
