Shares of DOBOT (SEHK: 02432) opened significantly higher, gaining over 5% in early trading. At the time of writing, the stock is up 5.08%, trading at HK$26.50 with a turnover of approximately HK$44.88 million.

On July 22nd, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange announced that the ChiNext IPO application of DOBOT Technology had successfully passed the review by the listing committee. The company's application for a ChiNext listing was accepted by the Shenzhen exchange in April this year, making it the first enterprise from the Greater Bay Area to pursue an "H-share to A-share" listing. The process from acceptance on April 27th to approval took only 86 days. It is reported that the A-share IPO aims to raise approximately 1.2 billion yuan, with 550 million yuan allocated to the research, development, and industrialization project for multi-legged robots, and 250 million yuan directed towards enhancing the technology for humanoid robots.

It is noteworthy that, according to the announcement, the listing review committee did not directly question the company regarding recent allegations made by a former executive about the deliberate concealment of a significant equity dispute. Yesterday, in response to recent statements made by a former employee concerning property interests in the employee持股 platform "DOBOT Partnership," DOBOT Technology issued a voluntary clarification announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, addressing key issues point-by-point, including identity verification, equity source, repurchase upon departure, and industrial and commercial registration changes.
