On August 28, intelligent CRM provider XUANWU CLOUD (02392) announced its financial results for the first half of 2025. During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of RMB 410 million, with its strategically focused SaaS segment generating RMB 240 million in revenue, accounting for 59.6% of total income.
Notably, through the board of directors' implementation of prudent and stringent financial controls, including enhanced cash flow management measures, XUANWU CLOUD's operating cash flow returned to positive territory in the first half of 2025.
In terms of customer services, the announcement revealed that XUANWU CLOUD served a total of 2,351 clients across four major industries during the reporting period: financial services, FMCG, government and enterprise, and TMT. The company's core customers contributed 95.0% of total customer revenue, with an average revenue per user (ARPU) of RMB 1.3 million among total core customers. Simultaneously, the SaaS segment served 1,558 customers during the reporting period, with core customers generating an ARPU of RMB 1.1 million.
Customer recognition reflects XUANWU CLOUD's competitive advantages in product and service offerings. The company stated in its announcement that during the first half, it continued to enhance the product application capabilities of its AI+SaaS "three clouds" (marketing cloud, sales cloud, and customer service cloud). Taking the company's second growth curve, sales cloud, as an example, the core product "Smart 100" not only strengthened existing product functions and updated UI to optimize user experience during the reporting period, but also introduced plug-and-play configuration components such as "Super Forms" and "Survey Questionnaires" to meet customers' personalized requirements.
The consumer durables-focused Smart U Customer underwent version upgrades based on Huawei Ascend and DeepSeek open-source large models, while also launching multilingual versions to help enterprises enhance marketing efficiency and expand business territories globally.
In AI products and AI agents, XUANWU CLOUD continues to enrich innovative product application scenarios. Specifically, based on its self-developed Xuantao large model vertical to the consumer goods industry and open-source large models such as DeepSeek, the company continuously explores terminal business scenario demands in consumer goods and launched SKU super models that provide insights into terminal dynamics in beverage and liquor industries, as well as the industry's only infant formula marketing vertical domain model - the anti-fraud detection model "AI Photo Detective."
Additionally, the company's AI standard products added new features including vacant space detection and layered detection for terminal displays, bringing the total number of standard products to 12.
In AI agent exploration, XUANWU CLOUD has developed multiple AI agents based on its aPaaS platform (low-code platform), including "Development Assistant" for internal enterprise development of new business functions, "Market Research Assistant" for customer terminal insights, and "Voice Operation Assistant" for managing and improving sales personnel efficiency. Furthermore, the business assistant "Smart Xiaoxuan" created by Smart U Customer has successfully achieved customer implementation.
XUANWU CLOUD's overseas business is also accelerating expansion. The announcement shows that the company's overseas cloud communications business achieved rapid growth in both customers and revenue during the first half. Overseas service coverage now spans numerous countries and regions including Southeast Asia, Latin America, East Asia, and the Middle East, with direct resource cooperation agreements established with telecommunications operators in South Korea and Thailand, laying a solid foundation for localized operations of overseas business.
In domestic ecosystem development, XUANWU CLOUD formed a strategic partnership with Tencent Cloud, with both parties collaborating in AI products and services, cloud communications, and smart retail sectors. Additionally, XUANWU CLOUD's data-related products were listed on Guangzhou and Shenzhen Data Exchanges during the reporting period, further expanding sales channels for data products.
Regarding the company's development in the second half of the year, XUANWU CLOUD Chairman Chen Yonghui stated that the company will continue to focus on expanding the SaaS business segment while optimizing product services and organizational management to deepen the operational goal of enhancing profitability and achieve sustainable, high-quality development for the company overall.
