An AI assistant named "AI Queming" can provide precise answers based on the characteristics of the public transport industry. For example, when asked how to get from Huizhongli to the University of International Business and Economics, it replies, "Board bus 379 at the Yanhuang Art Museum and alight at the University of International Business and Economics." Recently, a screen displaying an AI avatar of Zhang Queming was seen in the innovation studio of this national model worker. The labor union of Beijing Public Transport Group's Division One has integrated the expertise of model workers with AI algorithms to enhance service levels through digital empowerment.

It is understood that unlike other software, the information provided by "AI Queming" originates from a 200,000-word "Queming Bus Quick-Reference Dictionary" compiled by Zhang Queming himself. Employees can utilize their break time at stops to ask "AI Queming" questions. It not only provides transfer information but also helps staff resolve issues encountered in their work. Utilizing voice recognition and big data analysis, "AI Queming" can also mimic Zhang Queming's friendly tone of voice.

Furthermore, Zhang Queming has consolidated information such as bus transfers, vehicle details, and route directions into QR codes, which are planned to be displayed inside bus compartments in the future. Passengers simply need to scan a QR code to access route details, walking navigation, nearby services, and other information. By using "scene codes," they can also query bus stops near residential areas or tourist attractions, achieving a full-process service covering "pre-trip, during-trip, and post-trip" stages.
