SOLOMON SYSTECH has announced a change to its board composition.

Mr. Wang Hui has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director, effective from June 18, 2026, due to work-related reasons. Following his resignation, he will also cease to be a member of the company's Remuneration Committee and Investment Committee.

Mr. Xie Shanshan has been appointed as a non-executive director. Concurrently, he has been appointed as a member of both the Remuneration Committee and the Investment Committee. These appointments will also take effect from June 18, 2026.
