Jardine Cycle & Carriage (C07) said on Oct, 28 2025 that Interim Group Finance Director Freddy Lee will be appointed Group Finance Director with effect from Nov, 1 2025.

Ms Amy Hsu, the current Group Finance Director, will step down on the same date. Subject to shareholder approval in Nov 2025, she will become Chief Financial Officer of PT Astra International Tbk, the company’s principal subsidiary in Indonesia.

Lee has served as Interim Group Finance Director since Jun 2025. From 2022 to 2025 he was Chief Risk and Audit Officer at Astra. He joined the Jardine Matheson Group in 2012 and has held senior roles including Finance Director and Business Development Director of Astra Welab Digital Arta, Group Managing Director of Innovix Distribution and Managing Director Southeast Asia of JTH Holdings. He is a CFA charterholder and former Temasek scholarship recipient.

Group Managing Director Ben Birks thanked Hsu for her contribution to the company’s portfolio management and major transactions, and said Lee has been “actively involved in the ongoing strategic reviews of JC&C and Astra.” Further details of the appointment were filed with the Singapore Exchange.
