City Developments Limited announced on Jun, 5 2026 that it will acquire 24,120,733 non-redeemable convertible non-cumulative preference shares through its recently closed off-market equal access offer, reaching 100 percent of the initiative’s maximum buyback amount.

The company said payment to successful shareholders will be made in line with the settlement procedures outlined in the offer document dispatched on May, 22 2026.
