Liaoning Port Co., Ltd. has announced that it will conduct an investor briefing on its 2025 annual results from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, 23 April 2026.

The session will be hosted via live streaming and online interaction through the SSE Roadshow Center, allowing stakeholders to discuss the company’s 2025 operating performance and financial indicators in detail.

Key management participants will include Chairman and Executive Director Dr. Li Guofeng, Executive Director and General Manager Mr. Wei Minghui, Independent Non-Executive Director Dr. Liu Chunyan, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Wang Jinsong, and Board Secretary Mr. Qu Shaoyong.
