Mei Wah Chau sold 851,000 shares of ITC PROPERTIES stock at an average of HKD 2.6085 per share on August 4, 2026, involving about HKD 2.22 million.

Prior to the disposal, Mei Wah Chau's long position in ITC PROPERTIES was 11.95 million shares, representing 1.09%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 11.10 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 1.01%.
