According to the latest data from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, The Capital Group Companies, Inc. increased its holding in Techtronic Industries (00669) by 2.87 million shares on February 2. The transaction was executed at a price of HK$105.1729 per share, amounting to a total consideration of approximately HK$302 million.

Following this acquisition, the investment firm's total shareholding has risen to around 113 million shares, which now represents a 6.15% stake in the company.
