Under the Hong Kong Takeovers Code, CNT Group Limited (Offeree) reported that Class (6) associate Chinaculture.com Limited disposed of a total of 0.29 million CNT Group shares on 2 June 2026.

The transactions comprised: • 0.20 million shares sold at HK$0.1130 each, reducing Chinaculture.com’s holding to 349.87 million shares (18.3786% of issued capital). • 0.09 million shares sold at HK$0.1110 each, trimming the balance to 349.78 million shares, equivalent to 18.3738% of CNT Group’s outstanding shares.

All trades were executed for Chinaculture.com’s own account. The seller is ultimately controlled by Chuang's China Investments Limited.
