Scholar Education Group disclosed that, on 20 April 2026, the trustee of its share award scheme purchased 217,000 shares on-market at an average price of HK$1.68, representing approximately 0.03 % of the company’s total issued share capital. The gross consideration was about HK$0.36 million.

Following the transaction, the trustee’s holding rose to 8.78 million shares, or roughly 1.30 % of the company’s outstanding shares. Management reiterated that the current valuation undervalues the business and views the latest purchase as an opportunity to accumulate shares for future awards to selected participants.

The board will continue to assess market conditions and determine the timing and volume of additional purchases under the scheme as it deems appropriate.
