Wuling Motors (stock code: 00305) has issued a Form of Proxy ahead of a Special General Meeting (SGM) scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on 16 October 2026 at Unit 3406, 34/F, West Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168–200 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.

The agenda lists one ordinary resolution: shareholders will vote on whether to approve, ratify and confirm all transactions—and the associated proposed annual caps—under the company’s Bank Deposit and Settlement Framework Agreement. The resolution also seeks authority for any one director to take all necessary actions and execute all required documents to implement the agreement.
