TENFU released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, marking the tea producer’s 10th consecutive annual disclosure and detailing progress across governance, environmental stewardship and social responsibility for the period 1 January – 31 December 2025.

Governance • The Board remains the highest authority on ESG and has established four specialised committees—Nomination, Remuneration, Audit and ESG—to oversee strategy execution. • A three-tier risk-management model integrates climate-related issues into the corporate risk register; no corruption-related litigation was reported in 2025. • Anti-corruption training reached 100% of directors and 1,917 employees, totalling 1,947.50 training hours.

Product Quality & Supply Chain • All eight production subsidiaries hold ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP and US cGMP certifications. • “One product, one barcode” now covers 100% of items, enabling full traceability from plantation to point-of-sale. • The Group worked with 656 suppliers—399 located in Fujian Province—and applies integrity pacts and ESG risk assessments to all new vendors.

Environmental Performance • Total Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse-gas emissions fell to 7,911.30 tCO₂e, down 18.90% year on year; energy use declined 4.77% to 19,091.90 MWh. • Photovoltaic power purchases reached 2,331.90 MWh, cutting carbon dioxide emissions by 1,329.89 t. • Wastewater discharge totalled 190,000 m³, while hazardous-waste volume was limited to 0.03 t. • Non-hazardous waste fell 14.51% to 1,172.33 t; all wastewater and waste streams met local discharge standards. • Packaging optimisation reduced material use to 1,389.72 t, a 55.82% decrease from 2024, aided by bio-based and biodegradable alternatives.

Resource Efficiency Targets • Water-consumption intensity reached 168.80 t per RMB million revenue; the Group aims for a 5% reduction versus 2021. • Recyclable raw materials will account for 100% of new-product packaging.

Workforce and Community • Headcount stood at 3,206—75% female—with a turnover rate of 21.80%. • Training coverage hit 55.30%, averaging 1.93 hours per employee; specialised upskilling programmes added subsidies for tea-processing certifications. • Zero work-related fatalities were recorded; lost-day cases totalled 1,078 days. • Community investments included RMB 23,100 in donations and volunteer activities ranging from blood drives to elder-care events.

Digital and Climate Strategy • A Group-wide “331” digital transformation centred on enterprise-wide control platforms improved supply-chain visibility and efficiency. • Climate-risk oversight now sits with the Board and ESG Committee; scenario analysis is planned as data-collection capabilities mature.

TENFU states that climate mitigation, responsible sourcing and employee wellbeing will remain central to its operating model as it pursues “green, transparent and inclusive” growth.
