The rally was driven by news that Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and Micron have completed 2027 full-year capacity allocation negotiations ahead of schedule, with all DRAM and HBM capacity fully sold out.

The current rebound is primarily driven by confirmation of the capacity sell-out, reinforcing expectations that memory pricing will remain elevated through 2027.
