National United Resources Holdings Limited (NUR Holdings) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 30 September 2026 in Hong Kong to review and approve the audited consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2026.

The meeting will also address other unspecified matters. The current board comprises four executive directors—Chairman Ji Kaiping, Guo Peiyuan, Mao Na and Tian Xin—one non-executive director, An Jingwen, and three independent non-executive directors, Li Wen, Qiu Ke and Zhang Hao.
