According to a recent announcement, Yue Xiu Property (00123) has entered into a financing agreement with a bank, which will provide a term loan facility of HK$1 billion or the equivalent amount in Renminbi.

The agreement, dated June 4, 2026, designates the company as the borrower. Subject to the fulfillment of certain terms and conditions outlined in the agreement, the maturity date for this term loan facility is set for the third anniversary following the date of the initial drawdown.
