CapitaLand India Trust (CY6U) stated on Oct, 31 2025 that Sanjeev Durjhati Prasad Dasgupta will retire as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director with effect from Nov, 1 2025.

Following his departure, the trust’s board will consist of eight directors: Manohar Khiatani (Chairman), Nagabhushanam Gauri Shankar (Chief Executive Officer), Tan Soon Neo Jessica (Lead Independent Director), Deborah Tan Yang Sock, Zia Jaydev Mody, Ernest Kan Yaw Kiong, Vishnu Shahaney and Goh Soon Keat Kevin.

Committee line-ups remain unchanged. Deborah Tan Yang Sock will continue to chair the Audit and Risk Committee, Manohar Khiatani will head the Investment Committee, and Tan Soon Neo Jessica will lead the Nominating and Remuneration Committee.
