Shenguan Holdings (Group) Limited announced that both the English and Chinese versions of its Annual Report 2025 and a circular dated 30 April 2026 have been uploaded to the company’s website (www.shenguan.com.hk) and to the HKEX platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the digital files can obtain hard-copy documents free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing 829-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries. Until a valid address is supplied, notices of online publication will continue to be delivered in printed form.
