Century Plaza Hotel Group (formerly known as GreatWalle Inc.) released its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025. The group recorded revenue of approximately HK$17.52 million, compared with approximately HK$22.46 million for the corresponding period in 2024. Segment-wise, Security Guarding, Property Management, and Human Resources Services contributed HK$11.54 million, while revenue from Asset Management Services reached HK$5.98 million. Revenue from Hospitality Catering and Beverage Services was not reported due to the suspension of restaurant operations.

The unaudited results showed a gross profit of HK$5.55 million, compared with HK$5.51 million in the prior-year period, and a profit attributable to owners of approximately HK$0.96 million, down from HK$6.19 million. Basic earnings per share stood at HK0.16 cents, compared with HK1.06 cents for the same period last year. No interim dividend was recommended.

As of 30 September 2025, total assets amounted to HK$24.26 million, while total liabilities totaled HK$25.57 million. Net current assets stood at HK$4.89 million, with total deficit of HK$1.31 million. The company reported that it continues to explore business expansion opportunities, including asset management, security-related services, and future ventures in robotics-related projects to diversify its revenue base. The Board remains focused on operational efficiency and cost management in light of market conditions.
