Sing Holdings sets May 13 record date for proposed bonus shares

Sing Holdings Limited announced that its share transfer books and register of members will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on May, 13 2026 to determine shareholders’ entitlements under the company’s proposed bonus issue.

Duly completed and stamped share transfers lodged with the share registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., by the cut-off time will be registered for the bonus entitlement. Investors whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on the record date will also qualify for the bonus shares.
