China Renewable Energy Investment Limited announced on 29 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report and the circular for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting have been published in both English and Chinese. The documents are available on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.cre987.com). Printed copies have been dispatched only to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery.

In line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 2.07, the company confirmed adoption of an electronic dissemination model for all subsequent corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Both language versions will be posted online, replacing routine hard-copy distribution.

Non-registered shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees are required to provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries to receive electronic notifications. Until an email address is recorded, these shareholders will not receive publication alerts and must monitor the company and HKEX websites proactively.

Shareholders who prefer printed copies of future communications can opt in by completing and returning the reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited or by emailing a scanned form to info@cre987.com. All printed materials requested will be supplied free of charge.
