SINOTRUK (03808) announced that following the expiration of his appointment term, Mr. Liang Qing will not seek renewal of his tenure as independent non-executive director and will therefore cease to serve as independent non-executive director and member of the remuneration committee, effective from September 1, 2025. Mr. Gao Tianchao has been appointed as joint company secretary of the company, effective from August 27, 2025. Mr. Guo Jiayao will continue to serve as company secretary of the company, acting as joint company secretary together with Mr. Gao.
