Shanghai's data authority and communications regulator have jointly unveiled the inaugural list of computing power ecosystem partners for 2026.
Lianshang Group, operating under the official name Shanghai Lianshang Network Technology Group Co., Ltd., has secured a spot on the "Computing Power Application Provider" roster, distinguished by its established expertise in the AI application sector.
The selection initiative categorized applicants into three tiers: infrastructure suppliers, application developers, and platform co-builders. Following rigorous expert assessment, 38 organizations were ultimately chosen, with 18 classified within the application provider segment.
With a longstanding commitment to digital technology deployment, Lianshang Group has strategically positioned itself around large language model development and native AI product innovation, channeling these technologies into practical use cases spanning social networking, audiovisual content, and senior citizen services.
Among its flagship offerings, the social AI product "Kouxin" leverages multimodal large models to facilitate emotional support conversations and diverse interactive experiences. Meanwhile, the "Haoling AI" platform, tailored for elderly users, incorporates features such as vintage photo restoration and dialect recognition to lower accessibility barriers for AI adoption.
Lianshang Group CEO Xu Peng remarked that this recognition will facilitate enhanced coordination of computing resources and accelerate product development initiatives.
Looking ahead, Shanghai intends to organize supply-demand matchmaking sessions with the inaugural partner cohort and extend policy support or financial subsidies to qualifying enterprises.
