CGN Power (01816) has announced the resignations of two of its independent non-executive directors.

Mr. Li Fuyou has tendered his resignation from his roles as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the board's nomination committee, and member of both the board's audit and risk management committee and the nuclear safety committee. This decision follows his imminent completion of six consecutive years of service in the position.

Separately, Ms. Xu Hua has submitted her resignation from her positions as an independent non-executive director, chairwoman of the board's audit and risk management committee, and member of both the board's remuneration committee and the nomination committee. Her resignation is attributed to personal career development plans.
