CNNC International Limited (2302) released an announcement dated 16 February 2026 regarding a proposed 2026 Framework Agreement with China National Uranium Co., Limited. This agreement covers continuing connected transactions including Uranium Supply, Uranium Agency, and Uranium Purchase.

Under the plan, the Company proposes annual caps for each transaction for the years ending 31 December 2026 and 2027. The annual caps for the Uranium Supply Transaction are HK$2,250.00 million, the Uranium Agency Transaction are HK$20.00 million, and the Uranium Purchase Transaction are HK$40.00 million. The new framework agreement, subject to shareholder approval, will take effect upon signing and remain valid until 31 December 2027.

CNNC International has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting on 10 March 2026 at Harbour Grand Hong Kong, where independent shareholders will consider and vote on the proposed agreement and its annual caps. Shareholders are advised to review the circular and proxy documents before the meeting date.
