Jianhe County is expediting the construction of its pipeline network to resolve long-standing public infrastructure issues. The county's original pipelines, installed many years ago, are widely corroded and damaged, with many pipes cracked, leaking, or even collapsed due to pressure. In addition, the originally designed drainage system can no longer meet the demands of current urban development. Zou Pinjin, Deputy Director of the Jianhe County Water Affairs Bureau, stated that the implementation of these two projects aims to fundamentally resolve these problems.
