Pinestone Capital Limited released an updated register of its Board of Directors and their respective committee roles on 10 September 2026.

The Board now comprises eight members, including three Executive Directors—Mr. Lee Chun Tung, Ms. Cheung Ka Yi and Mr. Wong Chi Ming—alongside two Co-Chairmen serving as Non-executive Directors, Mr. Lu Weixing and Mr. Liu Hongwei. Independent oversight is provided by three Independent Non-executive Directors: Mr. Lau Kelly, Mr. Wong Chun Peng Stewart and Mr. Wong Chun Yip Gavin.

Committee structures were also confirmed: • Audit Committee: chaired by Mr. Wong Chun Yip Gavin with Mr. Lau Kelly and Mr. Wong Chun Peng Stewart as members. • Remuneration Committee: chaired by Mr. Wong Chun Yip Gavin; Mr. Lau Kelly and Mr. Wong Chun Peng Stewart serve as members. • Nomination Committee: chaired by Mr. Lau Kelly with Ms. Cheung Ka Yi and Mr. Wong Chun Peng Stewart as members.

No Executive or Non-executive Director currently occupies positions on any of the three Board committees, underscoring the independence of the committees. The company reconfirmed that the English version of the announcement prevails over the Chinese translation in the event of any discrepancies.
