Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced it bought back 12,000 ordinary shares on Jul, 23 2026 at a highest price of US$64.98, a lowest price of US$64.15 and a weighted average price of US$64.4176 per share. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.

After cancellation, the company’s issued share capital consists of 294,025,976 ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right, with no treasury shares held.

Shareholders may use the updated share count as the denominator for any disclosure calculations required under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
