In front of an AI interactive screen, a greeting of "Hello, Confucius" initiates a dialogue spanning millennia; through the E-VTOL flight experience, visitors soar over Baiyangdian Lake on a grand display, with blue waters and birds unfolding before their eyes. Such scenes unfold daily at the Xiong'an New Area Smart City Innovation Hub.

As a group-level technological achievement showcase platform established by China Mobile in Xiong'an, the Xiong'an New Area Smart City Innovation Hub integrates the area's native digital city development positioning. Rooted in China Mobile's three core business pillars of communication services, computing services, and intelligent services, the hub serves as an innovative window combining technological demonstration, achievement display, and value dissemination. It acts both as a concentrated showcase of Xiong'an's digital construction outcomes and as a dynamic window into China Mobile's support for national strategies and high-quality development of the future city.

To date, China Mobile has established 3,080 5G base stations in Xiong'an, achieving continuous network coverage in key areas such as the startup zone and Rongdong district. The company has also undertaken the construction of the Xiong'an New Area Internet of Things unified open platform, connecting over one million ubiquitous sensing terminals citywide. Together with China Xiong'an Group, it co-built the Hebei Provincial Smart City Ubiquitous IoT Sensing and Governance Key Laboratory, which has received provincial-level key laboratory designation. Additionally, China Mobile launched the Xiong'an International Token Service Platform, aggregating more than 300 open-source and closed-source large-scale models, and has advanced the deployment of various smart applications to provide digital and intelligent support for the new area's development.

A representative from the Xiong'an New Area Smart City Innovation Hub noted that, going forward, the hub will leverage Xiong'an as a base to radiate across the nation and connect globally, continuously fulfilling its role as a "dynamic window" and "demonstration benchmark" for the new area's digital development. Anchored in China Mobile's three core service systems of communication, computing, and intelligence, the hub will strengthen the foundation of new digital information infrastructure, deepen the development of core capabilities in computing-network integration, ubiquitous IoT, and digital-intelligent empowerment, and better serve major national strategies. It will also continuously iterate on cutting-edge technological achievements, enrich smart city application scenarios, and consolidate a set of replicable and scalable construction models to export Xiong'an's "smart city benchmark" and "mobile solutions" nationwide. Simultaneously, the hub will actively align with international rules and standards in the digital domain, promote Chinese smart city construction experience to the global stage, and contribute Chinese wisdom to worldwide urban digital transformation.
