Green Fresh Biotechnology Company Limited (Green Fresh Bio) has scheduled a board meeting for 31 August 2026. According to the company’s announcement, directors will convene to:

• Approve the release of the unaudited interim results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026. • Consider the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.
