UMP Healthcare Holdings Limited (UMP, Stock Code: 722) has released a circular announcing the renewal of its continuing connected transactions with Chow Tai Fook Life Insurance Company Limited (CTF Life). The 2026 CTF Life Medical Services Agreement extends the provision of medical and administrative services from 1 January 2026 for two years and six months.

According to the circular, UMP Professional Management Limited, a subsidiary of UMP, will continue providing medical services, including clinical and administrative support, to CTF Life Members and their family members. Proposed annual caps are set at HK$32 million for the six months ending 30 June 2026, HK$76 million for the year ending 30 June 2027, and HK$98 million for the year ending 30 June 2028.

The Board highlights that these transactions are carried out in the ordinary course of business and on normal commercial terms. An extraordinary general meeting will be held on 21 November 2025 at 3:00 p.m. for independent shareholders to consider and vote on the agreement and the associated caps.
