DAHON TECH (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. announced board approval on 26 August 2026 to implement an H-share full circulation programme that will convert 13.23 million unlisted domestic shares—equal to approximately 40.35% of total issued shares—into Hong Kong-listed H shares.

The conversion involves six domestic shareholders. Following regulatory clearance and shareholder consent, the company will apply to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing for listing and dealing permission for the new H shares.

Key milestones and conditions: 1. Shareholders will vote on the proposal and related authorisations at the second extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 15 September 2026. 2. The China Securities Regulatory Commission must complete filing and approve the circulation. 3. The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s Listing Committee must grant approval for the listing of the converted shares.

Converted shares will be subject to a statutory one-year lock-up from the date of listing under the PRC Company Law.

The company has not yet submitted the formal application to the CSRC, and detailed implementation steps remain under development. Further announcements will be issued as required by Hong Kong listing rules and other applicable regulations. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in DAHON TECH shares.
