Keppel Infrastructure Trust (A7RU) will convene its Extraordinary General Meeting on Jun, 18 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Singapore Time at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Summit 1, Level 3, 1 Raffles Boulevard.

The meeting will be conducted solely in person, with no virtual attendance option. Unitholders may participate by attending the session, submitting questions in advance or during the event, and voting directly or via appointed proxies.

Printed copies of the Notice of EGM, proxy form and a circular detailing updates on the proposed transaction have been mailed to unitholders, while digital versions are available on the trust’s website and SGXNet.

Key deadlines are: Jun, 09 2026 (5:00 p.m.) for CPF and SRS investors to instruct their agents; Jun, 10 2026 (2:30 p.m.) for advance questions; Jun, 14 2026 for publication of responses; and Jun, 16 2026 (2:30 p.m.) for proxy form submission.
