To encourage more specialized and new "little giant" enterprises in Beijing to leverage capital markets for transformation and upgrading, and to guide companies in utilizing the local exchange and the New Third Board, the Beijing Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) are partnering with the Beijing E-Town Administrative Committee, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the Beijing Municipal Committee Office of the CPC Financial Committee, and the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau. Together, they are launching the "Beijing E-Town Win: BSE Specialized and New Enterprise Cultivation Initiative" (the "Initiative").

The E-Town session is the first event of this Initiative in the Beijing area. Subsequent sessions will be held in Haidian and Changping districts. The specific arrangements for this training are as follows:

Target Participants

Basic Scope: Specialized and new small and medium-sized enterprises with registered addresses in Beijing that have a desire to list or trade on the exchange.

Personnel Requirements: Participants should be the company's actual controller, chairperson, general manager, or heads of listing and exchange work such as the financial officer or board secretary. There is no limit on the number of participants per company.
